In TNG Sea 6 Ep 23, near the end of the episode Worf has attempted a compromise
with Gowron. The clone Kahless will become Emperor but the real power will stay
With the high council. They all agree and kneel before Kahless. As Gowron kneels he
says in Klingon "morcha no bah Kahless" (sp)?

According to the teleplay, it's *vorcha-doh-baghk Kahless and is supposed to mean "All hail Kahless". It is presumably no' Hol (archaic Klingon) since it's not analysable in modern Klingon.
