Will this piece of misinformation NEVER go away?

This story is from a couple of years ago. The weapon used is NOT a Klingon anything. Oh sure it is a two handed thing, with a few curved blades, it may even have been inspired by Klingon weaponry, but no such weapon has ever appeared on screen or even in any non canon fan art that I have ever seen. Perpetuating stories like this do nothing good for this shared hobby of ours.

Alright. I thought it was funny, and it's the first time I've seen this. Well, I guess I better be extra careful what I post around here. It might start a war or something.  Shocked

I did not know you were posting it as humorous. Most post it as the legitimate news story it was apparently intended to be.

The set-up is definitely better than the punchline. }}; )

Gaffers make appreciative and supportive remarks in the form of bad imitations of primate calls from the direction of the lighting grids.
