There is one minor correction, though. The proverb is:
{bortaS bIr jablu'DI', reH QaQqu' nay'}
(You dropped the {'})
{nay} means "to take a husband".
{nay'} means "dish".

And to add to tmk1000's post:
The literal translation of this proverb is:
"When cold revenge is served, the dish is always very good."
