Recently, I started studying tlhIngan Hol. Unfortunately, I don't have TKD YET, I bought it from Amazon but I'll have it next month, so I'm forced to study the language from something that i found on the net. However it's not complete and I already have some questions. I would be very, very, very grateful to anyone who can help me answer them.

1) Does the Klingon language have prefixes for these subject/object combinations?

you(plural)/none            they/none
you(plural)/me            they/me
you(plural)/him-her-it               and      they/you(singular)
you(plural)/them            they/him-her-it
you(plural)/us            they/us
                                                       they/you(plural)
                                                                               they/them

2) Question about adverbs

How are you going to say?

He speaks very much// loudly// proudly// poorly// forcefully// clearly etc.

3) Do they have interpunction signs like comma and/or full stop?

4) How should the klingon "S" sound like??
Like "s" in sun/soup or like the "s" in she/Sean??? As much as I understood it should sounds more like "sh" sound, but in the films and series Qo'noS is pronounced with simple more or less s like in soup/son.

The answer is yes.

There are bound to be tables of all the pre- and suffixes to be found on the internet.
here's one.

2) Question about adverbs

How are you going to say?

He speaks very much// loudly// proudly// poorly// forcefully// clearly etc.

refer to the same page, and look at the suffixes...

3) Do they have interpunction signs like comma and/or full stop?
There are some, which again (Klingonska Akademien is a wonderful site) you can find on above page. Normally though, Klingonists use the Romanised version, including normal commas etc.

4) How should the klingon "S" sound like??

Although the series and films are considered canon, they are also appalingly bad at (pronouncing) Klingon... The proper way to say the S is using the S of Sean, or indeed the Sh of ship and shoe.

The adverbials in the Klingon vocabulary are a "closed set" -- there is a specific list of them. There is no way to produce a true adverb from another word, in the manner of "proud" -> "proudly" or "tired" -> "tiredly".  There are other tools for expressing ideas, though. For "very much", the roving verb suffix -qu' is an intensifier. "Forcefully" is the adverbial pe'vIl. The "clearly" idea can be carried by the verb suffix -chu'. For "proudly", you can simply add the sentence Hem "he is proud", or use the -taH and -vIS suffixes on the main verb to say "while X is happening he is proud" if that's what you want.

Neither. The tip of the tongue should be pointing pretty much straight up against the roof of the mouth. The sound is sort of between the "s" and "sh". Listen to the pronunciation samples at http://www.kli.org/tlh/sounds.html .
