Klythe wiped the sweat of his ridged brow as he pulled his Sargh to a halt.  Watching the hologram of one of the most famous Sargh riders ride and jump deeper in the hologramatic forest.  He grumbled with a vague sense of satisfaction mixed with disappointment.  This was the furthest he had gotten in this program before getting out of step, but it was still not as much improvement as he expected out of himself.  He stroked the mane of his Sargh comfortiangly, taking a moment to study the next stretch ahead, replaying in his mind the lead rider's motions.   Silently, he thinks to himself, "Dar'IS wil not be able to elude me for long" and resets the  program to the beginning.

KoraS entered the holodeck and found himself in a large forest. He activated his patch.

KoraS to Klythe, i am asking for a meeting at the edge of your holoforest, whenever you are finished.

He then sat down with his back to a tree and waited. Of course, as Klythe was his boss, he decided when to show up and it was not for KoraS to ask for a meeting right now and disturb him at whatever he was doing more than he already had.

<chirp>  Klythe looks at his shoulder for just an instant, but he only rewards it with a scowl.  He can't afford the concentration to silence the communicator much less listen to it's message.  <chirp>  Can afford to be distracted or he'll lose his place or miss a trick.  *tuck.  now dart...  and jump and bend and tu.. * <CHIRP!>.  His head turns again to his badge and his Sargh misses the turn, plants it's hooves to keep it self from crashing, only to send Klythe flying into a patch of amarklor thornpods.

Growling, he jumps back to his feet and starts to pick the prickley plants off him as he commpatch beeps again.  He punches the commpatch and bellows, "What do you want?!".   Dutifully the commpatch repeats the message, "KoraS to Klythe, i am asking for a meeting at the edge of your holoforest, whenever you are finished."  Angrily he slaps the badge again without acknowldging the message.

"Gath's claws, I should have disabled this thing and locked the doors down..."  He storms back to the entrance, and sees a klingon there, just as the commpatch said, "So, he mumbled to himself, this must be KoraS..." as he finishes his approach.

"So, you are KoraS... What is so important that you can interupt one of my few off-duty hours?"

KoraS was a bit startled by the mood his new boss seemed to be in. Maybe he should have just send a message to the terminal instead of going himself. That he send the message in repeating note, he didn't know.

He stood up, I report for duty, I need my authorisation codes from you to be able to commence my work.   If it was reason enough or not was for Klythe to decide. Of course he didn't mention that he have had no idea about the duty raster yet.
