Sorry I have forgotten the title of the book but has anyone read the novel where Kirk finds himself in the future with a bunch of peaceful klingons who all revere him as being the great one who brought peace to the galaxy and he falls in love with a Klingon woman (I seem to remember her name was Kalrind) - except of course that in Kirks time it hasnt happened yet so they have to go back and make it happen.  Except of course nothing is really what it seems...

The book you are trying to place is Timetrap by David Dvorkin.  Anyone looking for the book in either downloadable form or used dead tree edition (I believe the book is out of print) can purchase it here.

I do own the book actually but I have so many now that most of them are sitting in boxes waiting for my new bookshelves.
I just wondered if other people had read it and if so, what did they think of it?  Its a bit of a strange story.
