We know Kor was the last Klingon warrior to hold that title. His exploits
bear that out. I ask you, my fellow Klingons, who from TOS/NG/DS9 should don
the mantle of Dahar Master next?

Well the Question of DaHar has Come up before... With No Clear Answer as to "How" One Qualifies... But I am Inclined to Suggest that it is Not So Much a Matter of there only Being "One" Master at any Given Time, so much as that it is a Very Uncommon Distinction... Maybe Like Being Awarded a Nobel Prize For a Given Area of Expertise...?

As for the "one" Da'Har Master.  Koloth, Kang, and Kor were all Da'Har masters. So its not just a 1 and only 1 kinda deal.

However, its difficult to say since their is no set "rules" on being a Da'Har.  It might be like the Jem'Hadar used when one of theres reaches the age of like 8 I think. They are like "Super-Duper, Kick-butt, Spike Type Thing".
