Has anyone ever come across Klingons wearing hats or helmets? I know Mr. Woof wore hats when he has been in various human holodeck adventures, but what about Klingons wearing hats as Klingons. KGT does list an idiom that suggests that there used to be battle helmets of some kind, but it is an ancient reference. I vaguely remember reading references to Emperors wearing crowns, yet Kahless II did not wear one. So the only other respectable source is fandom, what's out there?

Worf and Dax Both Wore Crowns at their Wedding?

I Have also Just Finished the First of the 'Left Hand of Destiny' Books, and in that Martok dons a "Guardsmans" Helmet Which apparently distinguishes the First City Constabulary from the KDF... (Not Canon, But Certainly Current)...

And Azetbur Wore Some Sort of "Mesh" (Chainmaille Looking) Headdress in ST-6...

I had forgotten about the wedding crowns. I wonder if this means that the crown is not limited to higher social status as it is among humans? Or could such a crown be allowed specifically for weddings?

Some human wedding ceremonies have the bride and groom wear crowns regardless of social status.  I think its a prominent practice in Eastern Orthodox Christian weddings, but don't hold me to that.
