I was just curious if anyone had taken a look at the Klingon uniform pattern available from Lincoln Enterprises.

http://www.costumecostumecostume.com/Patterns.htm

The pattern is supposed to be based on the uniforms used in  ST:TMP.

Before I plunk down the $$$, I was hoping to find someone who has seen them.

This is the First time that I Have Heard of this Particular Costumer... If You Decide to Use them, let us Know your thoughts after you get your Uniform...

Also they Have Some (Kind of Expensive), Patch Embroidery Services... The Kewl Part of Which is that You Can order as Few as a Single Custom Patch... This is Nice Because Most Patch Makers Force you to Order Minimums of 100 or More Patches...

Anyway, Good Luck!

I have never personally bought anything from that company, however I think it would be among the most reputable. Lincoln Enterprises was founded by the Roddenberry family, and Last I knew was still owned by them. This was meant to be the original merchandising arm of TOS. I see from the site that they have grown.

I will probably be placing an order, as Lincoln Enterprises is the only place I have ever seen the award patches for the TOS Class A uniform. Since that was my first uniform I bought as a adult, I will likely get some of them to make it look less plain. Yes, even I have a Federation Uniform. Although I was able to win a challenge with a friend who captains a fed ship because of it. I wear Engineering red with my kilt, which is a rarity to see at conventions.

Are not the TPM uniforms what we now call "grunt" uniforms - for lower-ranking characters?
