torqey 'oH pong tlhInganwIj. The verb "to be" was missing
tlhIngan Hol vIqeqtaH. I assume you mean that it is the language(Hol) that you are (continually) practising
mu'tlheghwIj.....singular? Is that what you want to say?
I am not sure if "yIlughmoH" i.e. "cause to be correct!" wouldnt be better.

torqey 'oH pong tlhInganwIj. The verb "to be" was missing

This says "Torqey is the name's my-Klingon".  You want torqey 'oH tlhIngan pongwIj'e'

To be pedantic: 'oH isn't a verb, it's the pronoun "it", being used as what's called a copula to unite the two halves of the phrase.  Since it's not a verb, it can't take verb prefixes.  However, it evidently acts as a kind of a pseudo-verb, because it can take verb suffixes! tera'ngan SoHlaw' "You appear to be a Terran."

It's supposed to say "Torqey is my Klingon name". And yes, I was trying to say "I am practicing Klingon Language."
