. . .and no one's said hi yet!

So that I'm not considered rude (though that would be a very vague area in Klingon/Human relations), I take a much different slant on my Klingon personnae than most.  I don't represent a family, I don't belong to a ship (per se), but rather I'm stranded on Earth.  The time I came from would be 24th century (TNG) area.  I came across a 29th century TI Pod and drunkenly crashed on Earth back in time and for some reason, I shift between 1537 and 2005.

K. . . now you've got one eyebrow up in a Spockesque smile or you've moved on to the next post.

Why?  I'm a big renaissance faire geek (literally).  Usually, when attending the Maryland Renaissance Festival, I'm a personnae known as the Black Fox (from Danny Kaye's Court Jester film), but on the last day of the faire season, we celebrate "The Day of Wrong."  Usually this means to dress a bit "wrong" . . . this results in beautiful Renaissance-period gowns, but created from fabrics printed with the Baltimore Ravens logos all over it.  Some dress as Winnie the Pooh in knights armor.

I, of course, come as a Klingon in medieval garb.

So between MDRF of 1537 and Hallowe'en of 2005, I'm Klingon.  To support my habit, I've created the website (just a few minutes ago in fact) called "www.KlingonsOnEarth.org" a place for marooned Klingons (and other lesser aliens) to gather.  I set up a meager board (not even close to the advanced work done here) at http://klingonsonearth.proboards31.com . I hope to add much more to both in coming weeks and I'll report the progress to the Imperium here.

Thank you for your time and please drink your blood wine before it gets cold.

  ....  ummm...   "Hi"...

Actually, there is a suprising number of Klingons marooned on earth, for some unknowable reason...  As you say, too much bloodwine and too many Time capsules is probably the best explanation.

Wow, that is pretty cool.   Do you have any pictures of you in garb as a Klingon?   Ever met wIlyam SexpIr?

On the main page of the site www.klingonsonearth.org is a photo of me in my renaissance/klingon garb.  It's pretty much the only thing on the site so far until I get the artwork completed.

. . . and I've not had the pleasure to meet wIlyam SexpIr, but I heard he tells a good tale.

Perhaps zan B’Lach is an adherent of the Cult of Windows. And is showing alliegence by linking to what most Kling-onliners are familiar with as a central tenet of the CoW: the Blue Screen of Death.

hurmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, it's a Hey-UGE gif maybe you've not given it time to load. . .  mayhaps I'll re-check it in other browsers.

Cult of Windows?  . . . . what kind of insult is that. . . if you were any other administrator, I would kill you where you stand (but I mean that in the nicest possible way).

I've been a Mac person for decades. . .  Windows = bad touch.

It appears to work fine using Safari and IE...

Very clever, zan B’Lach. I have always wanted to go joyriding in a Vega class temporal pod, but the opportunity has never presented itself. Perhaps it is due to the lack of alchohol in my diet...
