New Words in this months HolQeD

For those of you that don't get HolQeD, this quarters issue contains a bunch of new words that deal with endings and related topics. Once the words have been added to the KLI's new word list I'll post the list here so you don't have to search them out.

Sorry I can't post them sooner, but paying for HolQeD has to have it's perks Wink Actually, it's a matter of copyright, so until the KLI makes them public domain I can't post them. It'll prolly be a week or so. If you want it sooner you can just buy the HolQeD from the KLI, in fact, if your serious about learning Klingon joining the KLI is a good idea to start with.

HolQeD and the new words list

HolQeD information can be found here. New words not listed in TKD or KGT can be found here.
The new words list is updated regularly, is annotated by source and date, includes words from HolQeD and other sources, and gives the option of listing alphabetically or chronologically. To find the most recent words, use the "view this list sorted by date added" option. Please do not post new word lists here, but do your new word browsing at the KLI. It will be much easier as the listings are comprehensive and referenced.

As far as I understand... The list is up to date with the last HolQeD...  But to my knowledge there been only two HolQeD since they shifted to an electronic format to save on prining and mailing costs.

Hmmm, I was told that it was out of date, but I haven't seen a more complete list to be honest. There really should be a new edition (possibly black hard back with a red foil Empire symbol on the cover as a special edition) of the Dictionary that collects all of the words and grammar rules and exceptions into one volume. I'd shell out for that, and it would look smashing on my coffee table. Thumbs up!

I do not want to stifle your enthusiasm, El Pasayo Malo, but probably there is not an audience big enough to pay for more Klingon language books. The last movie did not feature spoken Klingon.
Judging by internet activity on the Klingon language there are only a few hands full of people like us, most websites about Klingon exists because no one pulls the plug of the computers they run on.

Well, Okrand did do Romulan (which was in the flick, but in the background) and Klingon for the film, but the Klingon was cut. Hopefully it will be on the DVD.

As for our small community, the book can be special ordered and made to suit demands, perhaps for an anniversary or something. Then it would be a collector's item. It does seem extremely unlikely, but not entirely impossible. Perhaps it's just my fanciful dream.

If anyone can come up with a good story and enough money an entire Klingon movie could be produced. Then, with the assistance of some Ferengi marketing folk the Klingons might culturally conquer the Earth!
So, El Payaso Malo, keep on writing and being inspired!  Cheesy

I had an idea for a film, actually.

What I would love to see is a big budget film starring Klingons that would be released in theaters.
