I just found out I have to work this Saturday too.   Looks like I'll be pushing 65-70 hours before the week is through.   At this point, unless someone pipes up that they can attend...  I think we should reschedule to not waste anyone's time.  Please chime in it you are planning to make it.

The caht went well last night I think. There were only three of us there, but we chatted on a variety of topics. There were Klingon topics, Forum specific topics, and a few other topics discussed. Overall a fun time. Lets try and get more folks there next time.

Seeing as me and mine are planning to celebrate my mother's 70th tomorrow, I'm afraid I'll be missing this one... A big trip is ahead and I don't want to be a slowpoke bag of bones...

      I think a new chat would be good to welcome everyone back once we have made our email bombardment of all registered members.   I tentatively suggest 10 Sep 2005 at 3pm PDT.

    Kesvirit and I had another nice long chat with each other...     We aren't planning to schedule another one because Kesvirit and I can talk to each other any time we please.

    You didn't get hit by the email bombardment?   Can you doublecheck?, we'll see if we can find anything wrong from our side, but we did send out an announcement.

Grrrrr... I sent out a mass-mailing on Thursday to everyone registered with the Forums. None of these emails bounced back. I don’t know what happened, but I will add it to the list of things to look into. Would anyone who DID get an email about the chat let me know?

I would like to persue a monthly KIF chat at 6pm Eastern time on the third Saturday of each month. This set time seems to give the largest number of posters a feasable time because it straddles a weekend.

That would be 6pm Sat, your time. The sunday part of the weekend aplies primarily to our Australian members. The two chats that have successfully attracted posters lasted for about an hour and a half, and I'm on early and stay a few hours to talk to the early birds and the stragglers. I will certainly wait a half hour for you. }};-)

Hey I Seem To Remember Kirk Doing that Flying Tackle Thing, Except that he Used His Rump! (Don't Remember Which Episode, but Willie Boy actually Attempts to Run up the Wall in a Corridor and ends up Slamming the "Bad-guy" to the Deck with his Butt!)... I'll make the Effort to be there!

It was Good to Chat with Those who Showed Last Night... Did anyone Else Turn Up? And How late did you Go?  (I Logged Off about 8pm)... In Any Event the Next Chat by my estimation would be October 15th @ 6pm EST Correct?

Turn out was good, with Abbot vit nej, qoSagh, SoplaHtaHwI', Brian Starr(as Kreig) of course  Kesvirit and myself.   The chat lasted well over three hours.   If you missed out...  Check back here next week.  We may want to move the chat I'll be at a convention that weekend and I think Kesvirit will also be unavailable.  Stay tuned...

I almost forgot about it, I was going to set an alarm for 6pm but forgot that as well. If I hadn't checked the forums and saw the link I would have missed it again. As it was we went on for several hours, and the topics were eclectic as usual. All in all a good time.
