I am Ta'pez - another notorius spammer of these forums, i run 2 forum simms - actually i am the GM of one - the other one is run by my friend K'Hare,  we do write short stories - ableit in a RPG forum style although i must say they are fairly good considerin the forum allows to format things.

That's pretty much what we do at The Furry Conflict.   Forum based RPs, short fics and character art.   The TFC Universe is a bit different with all the Klingons being Targhs, Sarghs, Grinshar Cats, Drell lizards, Whitefang Wolves and other Klingon animals, but we have fun.

     I hope you will be a poster here again.  We've been having to do our chitchatting without you.    

     Maybe we could jumpstart the writer's guild again with a RP thread?  What do you think?    The thing that jumped to my mind was a scenario where the Triskellions (who the Klingons have been making money off of by selling thralls for thier games) turn on the Klingons and grab a few of us and try to make us fight for them.   That would be open to anyone who wanted to subject themselves to inglorious battle while looking for the chance to make a run the the real enemy.

     Well, maybe not, maybe you can come up with something better...

It is more like animals as people, or people with animal features.  It's called Anthropomoric Fiction (or Furry for short), it has a long literary tradition, from tribal cultures and gods of Ancient Egypt to modern animated movies like Disney's "Robin Hood" and Dreamworks "Shrek".   It's not just the Klingons that are animals, but unlike most species, who are terran animals, I've made sure the Klingons are Klingon animals.
