I purchased a Klingon Knightblood patch and hoped someone would have some information on this; it's background etc.!!!

Only that it is indeed a handsome prize (as shown here, approximately one-third of the way down the page.)

You are more likely to find the information you seek if you post a link to the image using the Forums' BBS code. If you cannot find such an image, read the Images in posts thread to find out how to have your image scanned into the boards.

I believe that it is the patch of a specific ship/club. I am not sure where they are from or what heraldic roots the design has, but thier might be a web page as most ships seem to have them these days. I bought one on eBay and have begun to accumulate quite a nice collection of Klingon patches. I had a project for them but have had to modify it slightly.
