{remaq} is "we proclaim y'all" (forgive the Southern.) Probably not what you what.

Well, this is a toughy. One big obstacle is we don't know if a {tlhogh} is a ceremony or a relationship.

For the sake of simplicity, let's say it's a ceremony. (No one can tell you you're using it incorrectly, because no one knows the correct usage.)

{maq} is "proclaim", and the object is generally the thing proclaimed. It's not exactly "announce", but it can work.

So, who is doing the announcement? That will probably have alot to do with the wording.

In Klingon, there are two verbs for "marry": {Saw} and {nay}. A woman {nay}'s, and a man {Saw}'s.

If it is written in the voice of the groom, you could try the very direct:
{Tedra vISaw 'e' vImaq. tugh lop jaj vIlab.}
"I proclaim that I will marry Tedra. I will send out the day of the celebration soon."

Voice of the bride, switch out "Koras" for Tedra, and {nay} for {Saw}.

Voice of both, gets tricky. Try:
{tlhoghmaj wIlop. tugh lop jaj wIlab}
"We will celebrate our marriage. We will send out the day of the celebration soon."

If it is done in the "hear ye, hear ye"-type voice (I don't know what to call it), you could go with:

{tlhoghchaj lumaq Tedra, Koras je. tugh lop jaj, Quv je lablu'.}
"Koras and Tedra proclaim their marriage. The day and coordinates of the celebration will be sent soon."

At the very least, this should give you something to go on. If I'm totally off the mark, post again, let me know what the tribble was, and we can work on this together.

Sorry this took so long (my new computer died, three weeks out of the box. It apparently thinks it's an iMac) }}: )
