As for lo'/'uy we always see them pressing down on symbols to make the ship work so I went with that.
I was thinking that the {Deghmey} would be on a computer screen, in which case we don't know if a Klingon would {'uy} "press down on", {gho'} "step on", or simply {chu'} "activate" it.
I wouldn't be surprised at all to find that a Klingon would {qIp} "hit" or {DuQ} "stab" a web page button.
I suggested {lo'} only to avoid having to change it in the event that new vocabulary is brought to light.
To be honest, I hadn't considered the possibility that the translation might have been for an RL sign, or the like. I was so stuck on the idea that this was for a web page or some other computery thing that I was blinded to other possibilities. I see now the error of that assumption.

"My bad"
If the navigation spoken of is accomplished by a RL "pressing down", in the same sense that I am pressing down on the keys of my keyboard, then I must accept qab's suggestion (using {'uy}) as completely valid, and in fact more precise, than my own.
