I am Not Sure How Far we Have Gotten in Answering the Original Query, but it Has Been an Interesting Discussion... And I Think That I will be Incorporating some Form of Weapon Dedication Rites to the chIrgh... Thanks for the Idea...

I think we swerved far away from the original question many posts ago. Thankfully I think it was answered previously, more or less. Another club related bonus of such a ritual is if you need filler or just want to do a ceremony at every con the club is at, there is almost always a need for this ceremony, anywhere you add Klingons and a Dealers Room full of weapons.
