This should be an easy question for you.

In "The Search for Spock" Kirk speaks Klingon into the alien communicator while on the Genesis planet and gets beamed up into the ship.

How would you use english letters to convey how to pronounce it for someone not familiar with speaking Klingon?

What would the translation into English be?

Thanks!

Ah and easy one!   The only line of Klingon I remember Kirk speaking in ST3 (or at all) was...

matlh jol yIchu'"
"Maltz, Joel yee-CHEW."
Maltz, the Transporter beam, activate it!

Provided you pronounce Joel with one syllable, and note the capital letters are emphasis, this is a pretty close approximation.  jol is transporter beam, four syllables replaced by one..  chu' is the verb "to activate".
