Greetings! I replied to this a few days ago, but haven't seen it. Anyway, most of you will know me. We have honourably disagreed many times I think. But that is one of the things I like about the forum. Because you don't learn anything if everyone agrees........

quoth Kapact Greetings! I replied to this a few days ago, but haven't seen it.
Do you mean that a post you made did not stay posted? If the adhesive keeping members' posts on the boards is failing, we have a serious problem. I would appreciate any and all details you can provide so that I may formulate a new batch. We can't have posts not sticking. No no no no.

Anyway, most of you will know me.
Most of our members have not found their way back since The Crash, and the new recruits will only know you by reading your few posts that survived it. Is there nothing you wish to add for their benefit?

I am sure it was a Romulan plot

I don't think my story will fascinate many, but I was raised on the original Trek..... Sept 8th 1966, I was very young, but there I was. I have been a Klingon fan since Michael Ansara in "Day of the Dove". Now I am a rabid writer, as well as a bit of a trouble maker. I am the Chief of Staff of the Razor Klaw Fleet Play By EMail rpg simm.... That gets the bulk of my Trek related energy, though I also write Klingon history........ or my take on Klingon History. Which is true is a matter for other forums and old debates. I also like to think I am a bit of a teacher of things Klingon, though there are many out there who know as much if not more than I do on the subject. I just like to teach what I know, and learn a bit along the way. I am not currently associated with KAG, or any other civic-oriented fan group. Time, family concerns, geography, and past experience with dishonourable KAG members in Champaign, Illinois are among the reasons. On the other hand, I have been certified as "BetleH pIn'a'" (betleH master) by "HetaQ", the writer of "Secret Fighting Arts of the Warrior Race". Not one of those skills that is likely to help me in day to day life, nor does it make the world a better place, but it took alot of work and I am proud of the accomplishment.

So that covers what I am willing to admit about myself....I think....

Welcome back.   It is good to have opponents for the battle of ideas that happen here.

Yes........ on my website, Admiral Kapact, you'll find links, under "House Abukoff" to my family history that I am writing (some of my html work is rather sloppy, and needs fixing... that is updated as I complete things. Also, if you go to Google and plug in Kapact, you'll get, amongst everything else, all {including those I am not entirely proud of} of my online literary ramblings.

Well, I have only participated in two other rpg's... one was a Fed one...(don't ask me what I was thinking) I found that one to be poorly managed and a waste of my time... or so I felt... the other, well, I might have picked a bad time, or killed it myself, but I was there a month.... and there was no activity. Whatsoever. But to be fair, according to previous posts, there had only been sporadic activity. But I have been with Razor Klaw for years, and aside from loving {and being able to steer} the storyline, we have a very family atmosphere. Newcomers are taken care of, and basically, it is just a nice place to be.

That, and I am currently in the middle of conquering Earth, and I am pretty happy to be able to add "military governor of tera' " on my sig line. It all started as a joke to make the Emperor sweat a little bit. Now we have a fleet screaming across the border...

To make a long story... well, no longer.......... it is fun. Stacks and stacks of fun..........

quoth Kapact elsewhere, Forgive me for head-butting into a conversation which does not involve me,

Except for private Forums such as those pertaining to the KIDC membership and the KIWG, all conversations are open to all posters. The Reception Hall was built so that posters could get to know each other better (re: assess the competition and scout out potental allies). Here such head-butting in is particularly appropriate.
