Can anyone assist me in translating the contents of this image into English?  I am working on a puzzle and this should yield some instructions or information regarding a location or GPS coordinates.  Thanks very much in advance.

Hi there!

That's not actual Klingon; it's just written with a Klingon typeset. I recommend you try using this chart to read it: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Klinzhai_alphabet.GIF

Edit: The first line appears to be "thelatingi ishiringi nga saba.mia moja ishiringi nga siba". Doesn't resemble any language I know of. There also don't appear to be any numbers in either of the rows.
It could be a message written in English using some "Klingon" font.

OK, I may be wrong here, but it looks to me that the words were spaced wrong to obscure them. By putting everything together and splitting where I could see an obvious word, this is what I got.

The latin gi is hiring in gasaba mia moja is hiring in gasiba

Thanks so much for your help with this.  The typeset reference you provided was quite helpful, and I ended up with "thelatini ishirini na saba . mia moja ishirini na siba".  A bit of Internet research revealed that these are Swahili numbers, and this took me to the next (and final) step in the puzzle I'm working on.

Thanks again for your assistance -- it helped me find the tools I needed to work through to a solution!
