In doing some research for a LARP I was asked an interesting question. What would the Klingons reaction to the Jem'Hadar be once they knew the true nature of them. Would Klingons support cloning to make fighters? Would the Klingons support the use of White and it's addictive properties as a motivator? Would the Klingons consider the Jem'Hadar to be warriors in the traditional sense of the word?

Then depending on these answers, would the Klingons ever use the services of a race like the Jem'Hadar? Would Klingons ever fight along side of them?

If not, but in the course of normal events they discovered that they had a common enemy, would Klingons suspend any disdain they had for the Jem'Hadar long enough to join forces and defeat that common enemy?

I know what my gut reaction would be, and I did answer the question. I did however say I would bring it up here, as I am sure with all the scholarly minds here we can get some good answers and further debate going.

I think they'd initially be very reluctant to fight alongside them, but if they got to know them, I think they might see that they are more than the Founders' automatons, as we saw in such DS9 episodes as "Rocks and Shoals" and "Hippocratic Oath". That being said, most wouldn't take the time to get to know them.

Klingons fight to enrich the spirit. To win their respect, the Jem'Hadar must show that they do, as well.

As for using cloned fighters of their own... I certainly doubt they'd do it openly, but there are perhaps some dishonorable Klingon who'd be prepared to do so surreptitiously.
The book "Excelsior: Forged in Fire" features a Klingon using his medical expertise to control his minions, but this Klingon was an outcast.

This conversation from DS9: "Soldiers of the Empire" may interest you (based on st-minutiae.com):
Leskit: Ah, but you can respect a Cardassian, because he fights for his people... and he follows a code... just like we do. But not the soldiers of the Dominion... not the Jem'Hadar. They don't fight for anything... they fight because they've been designed that way... programmed to fight.
Ortakin: They have no honor.
Leskit: You're right. And that's why they're better than us.
Dax: That's enough. You're on duty in an hour, you'd better...
Leskit: The Trill doesn't want you to know the truth, my young friend. Well, you deserve to know -- the Jem'Hadar are smarter, faster, and stronger than we are!
Ortakin: Why do you say these things?
Dax: He's drunk; ignore him.
Leskit: No, listen! Listen and maybe learn something: The Jem'Hadar are the future!
Dax: Shut up, Leskit!
Leskit: Do you know why? Because they can break any of us... Just like the broke Martok!
Dax: That's enough!
Leskit: She doesn't want you to hear the truth... That Martok fear them!  That's why he didn't attack! MARTOK FEARS THEM!
[A fight then breaks out, because this is DS9 and Klingons are basically cavemen.]
