"Home is where the Klingon High Council is."

Hey all, I thought it would be really funny to do a cross-stitch pattern with the phrase "Home is where the Klingon High Council is." to parody all the stereotypical "Home is where the heart is." cross-stitch patterns out there. I have the words for "home" (juH) and "Klingon High Council" (tlhIngan yejquv) but I'm having issues with the grammar and finding a translation. I realize it won't be exact and that some of the meaning will be lost (I speak English, French, Japanese, and a little Persian, Hebrew and Cherokee, so I know how meanings can be lost, haha).

Relative locatives (to use a fancy term that I just made up to appear smart) like this are quite difficult to do in Klingon, but here's how one could possibly do it:

juHDaq SoH tlhIngan yejquv Datu'DI'. - You are home as soon as you find the Klingon High Council.
nuqDaq 'oH juH'e'?  Daq'e' che'taHbogh tlhIngan yejquv 'oH juH. - Where is home?  Home is the place that is ruled by the Klingon High Council.

Edit:  Changed Dalu'DI' to Datu'DI'

Great, although I noticed I'd made a mistake in the first text:  It should be Datu'DI', not Dalu'DI' (mixed them up because of of the common phrase tu'lu').

Hope your pattern is not beyond salvaging!

Well, fortunately I'm using Photoshop and importing it into a program that creates the pattern so I can change it.
