    I've moved your recruitment poster to the appropriate area.  In the meantime, welcome to the Klingon Imperial Forums.  Please, tell us about yourself.   Yes that can include talking about  organizing your group, what it's about and what it's organizing principles are, but this thread is about you as an individual whose joined these forums where we talk about all things Klingon.
