A while ago, I found a Klingon mode for Tengwar (Elvish) here.
It works, but I felt it could be improved, so...

What did you find undesirable about the one you found? What reasons can you give for how you did it differently, and why do you believe it to be an improvement? I am not challenging your creation, merely challenging you to give a good explanation of it.

I just didn't like some of the choices of what letters represented what sounds, for reasons I can't fully understand.
It just seemed to make more sense to me.
