Hi guys, i want to say "I am learning Klingon", in Klingon, but to say it properly, i.e. with the correct grammar, tense, syntax etc. this is what i've come up with (with the help of the Klingon dictionary): tlhIngan ghojlI' JiH
Is that correct, if not, what is the correct way of saying it?

You've got the basic idea right, although you're a bit off in some places:

The word tlhIngan refers to members of the Klingon race.  What you want here is tlhIngan Hol, "the language of the Klingon".
Also, by Romanized Klingon convention, it's jIH, not "JiH".

Most important of all:  One of the things you'll soon start to learn is that Klingons often use prefixes instead of pronouns, so instead of ghojlI' jIH, you want vIghojlI', where vI- means "the subject of this predicate is in the first-person singular, the object is im the third-person".
So:  tlhIngan Hol vIghojlI'

I'm actually not sure if it's standard to use -lI', -taH or no suffix at all when using the word ghoj, but I think -lI' is correct, the known goal being a working understanding of the Klingon language sufficient to your needs; -taH would probably be if you were not studying Klingon, but snapped up some Klingon due to exposure to the language (in much the same way that you learn your mother tongue(s) when you're a baby).
