Well, I have a new job in the International Students and Scholars office at my college, and as I was making copies the other day, I found myself cursing the copier in Klingon...
So I thought, "Hmm... What would you call a copier in Klingon?" And that led to the making of a list.

law'moHwI' - copier
ghogh HablI' - telephone
nav HablI' - FAX machine
De'wI' - computer
HotlhwI' - scanner
(nav) Qaw'wI' - (paper) shredder
mavjop - paperclip
tay'moHwI' - staple
tay'moHwI' jan - stapler
ghItlhwI' - writing implement, pen, pencil
yaH - desk, workstation
quS - chair
veQ ngaSwI' - traschcan, wastebasket
nav qawHaq - file cabinet
Some words existed already (like quS) and some I had to coin (like law'moHwI' "thing which causes to be many" i.e. copier).
Hopefully, you can understand my logic with these.
I'm kind of stuck for others. I know I'm missing things. Any suggestions?

vum yaH - desk, workstation

yaH (literally duty station) alone seems sufficient. If you must use vum work, toil as a modifier, remember that it's a verb. You'd have to say vummeH yaH duty station for working.

For "file cabinet", I'd probably say nav qawHaq paper memory banks.

What about mu' jan or mu' meyrI' for "keyboard?" rItlh looks good for "ink." Also, even though it doesn't follow your pattern of tools or devices, pIn for "boss, vu'wI' for "manager" and len for a "break" go well in an office setting.

Or if it's a postal office, perhaps beH "rifle." jIqID "I joke."
