It would help if you posted what you meant in English, too. "I eat a little pickle"?

"I eat" is vISop. You need a verb prefix, but you don't need jIH.

Adjectives come after their nouns, so if the second sentence is "I dislike bad pickles", that would be Hurgh(Hom) qab vIpar.
