The person you want to contact is Karn of the IKV Bloodlust at  | karnhecklher at comcast dot net |. The crew of the Bloodlust are regulars at the Aptos 4th of July parade and participate in other events around the Bay Area (or as far as their fuel reserves will carry them).

I hope that afterward you will report back with the details of the event!

Addendum: Counting on Klingons to keep the peace is never a wise move, unless perhaps they have specifically contracted to do so, and you may not approve of their methods. Klingons and peace generally do not go together well....
