How are you supposed to describe things with no adjectives? What if I wanted to say, "Furry dog"? How would I say that?

Well, there's no word for "dog," but generally, the verb for "to be <adjective>" is just placed after the noun being described by the adjective.
Alternately, you can use the suffix -bogh "which."
Or, nouns may be used as adjectives, as in the popular song veD SuD DaS "Green Furry Boots" (ter'eS's work, "Blue Suede Shoes" in Klingon).

Example:
"red helmet" could be either:
mIv Doq "red helmet"
Doqbogh mIv "helmet which is red"

Just to be clear, veD SuD DaS doesn't use a noun as an adjective. veD SuD is noun + adjective, "fur" + "green", or "green fur". This is then used in a Noun1-Noun2 possessive relationship: (veD SuD) DaS, meaning "boot(s) (made) of green fur."  The "possessive" N1-N2 form not only shows ownership, but things like composition and origin, as well, but both nouns are still nouns.

I understand.
What I meant was that, in cases like that, the nouns sort of do the adjectives' jobs.
