Is my name "correct"?

Is my name "correct" as in, does in break any rules of tlhIngan Hol? (I combined torgh and qey'lIS, made some modifications, and came out with "torqey".)

There is no such thing as a correct name but tor'qey is in my opinion not a possible word in tlhIngan Hol because:
the glottal stop ' cannot come after r in a syllable or before q
The ' comes before or after a vowel: a, o, I, u, or e
or after the consonants w or y as in law' many or vay' something, someone
Elsewhere on this forum there is more on names.
torghqey or torqey or toghqey or torqey or toghey or toqey would comply to the spelling rules as I have understood them from The Klingon Dictionary, but maybe there are more rules that I don't know of.
