Please correct the errors in:

nuqneH,

thlIngan Hol nID jIH

'oH lugh SoH

It's supposed to roughly translate to:

Hello,

I am trying Klingon

You correct it

P.S. Red=Klingon
Blue=Roughly translated part

nuqneH does not mean hello but what do you want
It is not a way to introduce yourself but to react to someone who bumps into you.
There is no Hello in Klingon.
You could start with:

tor'qey jIH!
I am tor'qey

tlhIngan Hol vIghoj 'e' vInID
I try to learn the Klingon language.

yIlughmoH
You make it correct!

Couldn't I just say, "tlhIngan Hol ghoj vInID" instead of "tlhIngan Hol vIghoj 'e' vInID"? And I don't know what "yI" means, but lugh means "correct" and "moH" means "be ugly" so that wouldn't make any sense...I'm probably totally wrong but could someone please tell me what's going on, because I want to know what is the right way to say it before I make a fool of my self somewhere else. Thnks!

Look in your TKD (The Klingon Dictionary) at the sections on prefixes and suffixes. yI- is a verb prefix that makes a command: "you (do) it!". -moH is a verb suffix that means "to cause", and turns lugh "be correct" into "to correct (something)". It's not the same as the independent verb moH at all.

Not if you want to say it correctly. Cheesy The proper pattern for ideas of this sort uses the special pronoun 'e' to use the first sentence as the object of the second.

tlhIngan Hol vIghoj I learn the Klingon language
'e' vInID I try that

tlhIngan Hol vIghoj 'e' vInID I try that I learn the Klingon language, I try to learn the Klingon language.

(The verb neH want is an exception; it does not require 'e'. For example, jIQong vIneH I want [that] I sleep, I want to sleep.)

tor'qey jIH!
I am tor'qey

I thought his name is "torqey," and wouldn't "tor'qey" be against Klingon syllable structure?

Nevermind, I take that back. His name was originally "tor'qey." Sorry.
