I like this guy and I want to make him a note that says:

"I would kill the children of a thousand planets just to see you smile."

We both really like Star Trek. I'd really appreciate any help someone could give me!

Some options:

qamonmoHmeH, wa'SanID yuQ(mey) vIHoHqang.
Just to make you smile, I am willing to kill a thousand planets' children.

wa'SanID yuQ(mey) vIHoHqang, qamonmoHmeH.
I am willing to kill a thousand planets' children, just to make you smile.

bImon 'e' vIleghmeH neH, wa'SanID yuQ(mey) vIHoHqang.
Just to see you smile, I am willing to kill a thousand planets' children.

wa'SanID yuQ(mey) vIHoHqang, bImon 'e' vIleghmeH neH.
I am willing to kill a thousand planets' children, just to see you smile.

(What does it say about me that I've translated this before?)

If you'd like it to be in pIqaD, I'd suggest Klingonska Akademien. The pIqaD Playground, and "Some pictures of pIqaD."

Note: -meH doesn't make a subordinate clause the same way most other type 9 verb suffixes do. It makes a purpose clause, and purpose clauses always come before what they modify. You should never see a verb-meH at the end of a sentence.

Oops! That says "I'm willing to kill a thousand planets" doesn't it?
Okay, then, the corrected one:

qamonmoHmeH neH, wa'SanID yuQ(mey) puqpu' vIHoHqang.
Just to make you smile, I am willing to kill a thousand planets' children.

bImon 'e' vIleghmeH neH, wa'SanID yuQ(mey) vIHoHqang.
Just to see you smile, I am willing to kill a thousand planets' children.

Note: wa'SanID could also be rendered wa'SaD, and the suffix -mey at the end of the word yuQmey isn't strictly necessary, since there's a number which obviously indicates that it's plural. (It couldn't be "a thousand planet.")
