Suffixes go in numerical order, so Type 2 before Type 3, Type 3 before Type 4. The only exceptions are the rovers. TKD says they can go anywhere, but in practice, MO has always used
-Ha' right after the verb, before any numbered suffixes, and
-Qo' has always come last. Even something like
chenmoH (or
ghojmoH) should be considered as verb + Type 4 suffix
-moH, so lower numbered suffixes would go in between.
This sometimes makes your meaning ambiguous. Does
chenqangqa'moH mean "I'm again willing to create" (in a case where maybe I was willing earlier but didn't actually do it) or "I'm willing to create again" (in a case where I did create earlier)? But that's one of the things that makes Klingon so fun.
