I went ahead and created this event, to be filled in by one and all, as discussed in this thread

(Preface: I have temporarily moved this thread to the “Main” Klingon News board. For reasons I’ve yet to understand, posts made in the Child Boards don’t show up in the right-hand column of the front page one sees upon logging in. Those who drop in to browse won’t see new Child Board posts unless they click on the Show unread posts since last visit link. I have no idea why this is, and put the question to the SMF support forums long ago. No answers. So I move time-sensitive and event-related posts to the Main Forum boards where they will be easily noticed. Once the event has passed, I move the thread to the appropriate Child Board. Not an idea solution....  If anyone has a better one, report in!)

Now, where was I.... Yes. SoplaHtaHwI’, apparently the event was created long ago. What it needs is to be resurrected. One person went so far as to Khar'Ton tried to organize it as a formal event; that was eleven years ago, and I can’t find any evidence of his actually having succeeded. What do you mean by “filling it in”? Are you looking for examples as to how others would actually spend such a day?

Gaffers make appreciative and supportive remarks in the form of bad imitations of primate calls from the direction of the lighting grids.
