Hello. I'm going to be shooting a Trek-themed sketch for a TV show on Sunday. There will be Klingon characters in the sketch and they need to deliver two lines and we would like them to be in authentic Klingon (or Klingonese, if you prefer), so I volunteered to hunt down a translation. If anyone can help, the lines are:

We knew all about your pathetic plan! Did you think you can just steal from the KLI?

Obviously if a literal translation is not possible, something along these lines would work. If any of you can help, I'd sure appreciate it!

Well, I'm no authority on the subject, but I'll give it a try just to get things going:

Dogh . nIHwI' SoH 'e' wISovchu' .
To-be-silly . Thief you-are that we-it-know-perfectly .
Pathetic!  We know perfectly well that you are a thief!

reH tlhIngan Hol yejHaD Hejbogh qoH'e' Huplu' . SoHvaD pIm 'e' DaHarpu''a' ?
Always Klingon Language Institute rob-who fool-subject one-it-punishes. You-for be-different that you-it-believe-past-question?
Fools who try to rob the KLI never go unpunished!  Did you think that things would work out any differently for you?

alternatively:
yejHaD DaHej 'ej bInarghlaH 'e' DaHar'a' ? bIQIpba' jay' ! reH maDugh .
institute you-it-rob and you-escape-can that you-it-believe-? you-be-stupid-obviously (invective) . always we-be-vigilant.
You rob the institute and you think that you can get away?  You're a bloody fool; nothing ever eludes us!

Again:  Don't take my word for it!  I'm here to learn, myself.

Edit:  Changed bInarghlaw' { you apparently escape } to nInarghlaH { you can escape }.

Wow, thanks. That's really great. Is there a pronunciation guide online somewhere? I thought I had the old Klingon Bible laying around, but it looks like its disappeared over the years.

Here is the KLI's pronunciation guide, and here is a video where Marc Okrand, the creator of the language called tlhIngan Hol, talks about the language.  One important thing that he notes is that Klingon is not French; it is a terribly choppy language.
As for stress:  In verbs, one usually stresses the verb suffix itself (so maDugh is pronounced roughly maa-DOOGH), although if there is a suffix ending in ' separated from the actual verb syllable by at least one suffix, it is usually stressed as well (so maDughbe' is pronounced maa-DOOGH-bæ, while maDughnISbe' is pronounced maa-DOOGH-nisch-).
As for nouns:  If there is no suffix ending in ' present, one usually stresses the last syllable before the first suffix, although if there are syllables ending in ' present, these are usually stressed, instead.
