I doubt it. At least they wouldn’t for long. Any Terran canine docile enough to be kept as a family pet would probably be seen by a targ as a competitor or a meal, not a friend. Having peoples’ treasured family pets eating each other while in one’s care would be bad for business. At the very least, the targs would have to be kept isolated from other species at the boarding facility.
