Enlisting in area house?

Hello i,ve been a Klingon at heart for a long time. Is there a local club in los Angeles ca. I can join next beside tapes dose any one know if there is any where one can take a class to Learn Klingon

There are often classes given at the annual conference of the Klingon Language Institute. This year it will be held in Essington, Pennsylvania, which is rather a long distance from the Los Angeles area. You can try the Klingon Postal Course for a self-paced introduction to the language. And you can get with other people who are learning, studying, and speaking Klingon by subscribing to the tlhIngan-Hol email discussion forum.

The only active ship I know of in the Los Angeles area is the IKRV Hurgh Hap, which has the distinction of being the only research vessel in the fleet.  If I were based in the area I would definitely try to meet the crew and look into joining. As to joining a house...? You may wish to look through our listings of line histories to see if any of them appeal to you. If so most of the posters still have contact information available through their profiles. Unfortunately, the highly promising Imperial Klingon Line Registry Database is down at the moment. Does anyone else have advice to give our newcomer in finding and joining a house?
