There's no word in the known vocabulary that translates as bacon. Perhaps ghab meat from the midsection of an animal would suffice for your needs.

Just as we do not say 'belly meat of a pig prepared by smoking' but use the more convenient 'bacon', Klingons (so I gather from KGT) do not always use unwieldy terms for food but instead attribute it to someone or someplace, like 'Kayvak's Meat' (qeyvaq HaDIbaH? Not sure of spelling.) Presumably, the reader would know what Kayvak's Meat was marinated in.

Similarly, Klingons might name bacon in the same fashion, something like . . . oh Hormel HaDIbaH  Wink

Ahh yes, but could not "Hormel HaDIbaH" also be taken to mean SPAM?

Only if you consider SPAM to be meat... which I doubt any self-respecting Klingon would  Cheesy
