On my Star Trek mailing list some one asked how to say "Happy Birthday, General Chang!" in his native tounge. One member came up with this,
Cha General Chang Toh'gan-nah lo Pre-tOk,
Cha General Chang Toh'gan-nah lo Pre-tOk,
Cha General Chang Toh'gan-nah lo Pre-tOk,
Tu Mak Dagh Cha doh Borak.

While my contribution was,
qoS bIQuch chang Sa'!!qoS = birthday (n)
bI (verb prefix) = you
Quch = happy, be happy (v)
Sa' = General (rank)
I'm guessing the first one is a different dialect of tlhIngan Hol...but what do I know? I probably got my translation wrong.
