This is a serious question, I would like to see and know what the different Medals, Medallions and Awards, that adorne the Cloak of the leader of the  High Counsel, Please Remember I'm asking about the Canon Decorations.

I would hazard a guess that most if not all of the on screen medals have never been given names or descriptions of what they are for. As costume pieces they are there for decoration. This often leads for fandom to adopt one or more and give them names and uses, but that ends up varying from club to club, so that the canon becomes wildly uncannon pretty quickly.
