I know it's dumb, but I've been wanting to find a translation, and so far I've found a complete one except for the word 'belong'.  If anyone knows what the word is, please help.  What I have so far is Hoch lIj waw' 'oH [belong] Daq maH (all your base are [belong] to us).

What you have so far isn't strictly a translation. It's merely a word-for-word replacement of English with Klingon, and in many spots with bare suffixes rather than actual words. Since the Zero Wing phrase isn't proper English to begin with, that's not necessarily a major problem, but unless you want to learn some Klingon grammar to go along with the vocabulary I don't think I'm going to be able to help you much.

I know someone who did a remarkably good job of rendering the fractured English of the sentence in similarly fractured Klingon. It came out as HochlIj waw'pu' maH wIghaj.
