I found this among the Shoutcast (get it through Winamp) stations. It's called Albannach Radio and it's mostly drums and battle cries, with the occasional song full of longing...  Once in Shoutcast, go to "C" in Genre Selection, then Celtic, then sort by bitrate. It should be the topmost.
