I want to translate:
I want to learn how to fight

I think it's:
           jISuv 'e' vIghoj vIneh

Any comments?

jISuv 'e' vIghoj vIneH translates as I want to learn that I fight. It's a very good first attempt.

There are a couple of options for getting the "how to" idea in there. You can try this:
SuvmeH mIw vIghoj vIneH I want to learn the procedure for fighting
SuvwI' mIw vIghoj vIneH I want to learn the warrior's procedure/"way"
SuvwI' vImoj vIneH I want to become a warrior

I'd suggest a slightly different tack, one that focuses more on the desired meaning than on translating the English:
tonSaw vIghoj vIneH I want to learn Klingon fighting
