Are you asking for a translation of the joke or of my response to Qunchuy, or just asking how hard it was to translate?  I don't exactly translate when I write in Klingon. I have an idea what I want to say, but I try to go from idea to text directly in Klingon. I find this helps me avoid trying to reproduce English sentence patterns that Klingon may not share. I think the whole purpose of this joke for me was to figure out some way to say "bad news and worse news" in Klingon, given that there is no comparative form ("bad" vs. "worse").
