Do Klingon like their women to have hairy legs?

It's a serious question.  I understand quite a few of their other aesthetics - control, strength, long full hair, piercing eyes, broad shoulders, and likely full breasts - but it's something that's never come up.  For that matter, do Klingon women develop leg hair as a secondary sex characteristic at all?

I'm not Klingon.  I'm just interested to know.

I doubt very seriously that there would be a sweeping cultural preference on this which would include "All" Klingons...

Klingons are individually, just as subject to personal preference as any other species...

Despite Klingons in general having a well documented appreciation of cleavage, we really have not seen all that much exposure on the part of Klingon females. Both in military uniform and in civilian dress we have seen long skirts and sleeves. and often multiple heavy layers. Now how much of this is due to environmental concerns and how much is due to personal choice is largely unknown, but I would at least say that we don't have enough research material as of yet to determine a leg hair preference.
